Tayyari Jeet Ki is a high-performance athlete support initiative focused on enabling emerging Indian athletes to access structured training, competition exposure, and holistic performance services.
Q1 2026 marked the programme's successful launch: 15 athletes were selected from 22 shortlisted candidates across 8 sports, following a rigorous process evaluated by a joint Mondelez–GoSports panel.
During the quarter, athletes secured 4 podium finishes, including 3 gold medals, supported by 54 targeted interventions spanning equipment, competition travel, and specialised coaching.

Mishka Choudhary — Sports Climbing
The story: Maintaining consistency in international participation was critical, and any disruption to travel or competition exposure risked her momentum.
The GSF impact: The athlete management team provided timely visa support and managed end-to-end travel and accommodation logistics for the Asian Championship in China.
The result: Competed successfully at the Asian Championship, gaining valuable exposure against some of Asia's top climbers while maintaining continuity through the season.
