Elite athlete support aligned to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

Executive summary

RDAMP is an elite athlete support initiative aligned with the LA 2028 Olympic Games, supporting athletes across high-performance training, sports science, and holistic development interventions.

FY 2025–26 was a landmark year: athletes secured 30 international medals, including 8 gold, along with 18 national medals. A major highlight was Chirag Shetty and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy being conferred the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award.

The programme delivered 698 targeted interventions during the year, and the Athletes' Conclave 2025 brought together 125 attendees for sessions on AI for athletes, financial planning, and personal branding.

Raja Muthupandi — Weightlifting

The story: Performance setbacks following an injury-prone phase affected his lifting mechanics, mobility, and physical readiness.

The GSF impact: RDAMP supported an integrated rehabilitation approach combining physiotherapy, medical support, and targeted mobility work through dedicated athlete management.

The result: Recorded the highest total in his category and qualified for the Commonwealth and World Championship trials.
