GoSports Long-Term Athlete Development Programme
Long-term, individualised development for future Olympians and Paralympians.
GLTADP is a long-term initiative focused on identifying and nurturing high-potential Indian athletes through sustained, individualised support — building a strong pipeline of future Olympians and Paralympians.
In FY 2025–26, the programme supported 21 athletes across 11 sports and 10 states, with a balanced cohort of 11 male and 10 female athletes spanning emerging and elite talent.
Athletes received holistic support through 463 interventions, contributing to 61 podium finishes and positioning several athletes as strong contenders for the Commonwealth Games 2026, Asian Games 2026, and LA 2028 Paralympics.
