Gear for Gold, an initiative of the Infosys Foundation, is designed to build stronger, athlete-centric academies across India. By using GoSports' Academy Development Model, the programme empowers academies, enables coaches, and drives athlete development for long-term sporting excellence.
A flagship collaboration
Gear for Gold is a flagship partnership between Infosys Foundation and GoSports Foundation, designed to strengthen athlete-centric academies across India. Building on the Girls for Gold initiative, the programme now supports male, female, and para-athletes across Olympic disciplines.
